The Synergee Aluminum Technique Barbell weighs in at 15lb and is the perfect option for new lifters!
Learning a new skill takes time, patience, and incremental steps. The Technique Bar helps with that! It is 20-30lb lighter than average Olympic barbell. It has 28mm diameter, dual knurl markings, and bushings to give a very comparable experience to a standard barbell.
With 42,000 psi tensile strength rating and 200lb weight capacity, this Technique Bar provides a significant and meaningful way to build strength and develop proper form for safe and effective workouts. This bar is compatible with standard bumper plates and collars with 2” openings and can fit in a standard squat rack.
NOTE: When you start consistently lifting 135lb, we recommend moving up to one of our Olympic Bars.
