If you’re between sizes, choose based on how you like your fit:
Prefer a more compressive/secure feel → consider sizing down.
Prefer a relaxed/everyday feel → consider sizing up.
How to Measure
Use a flexible tape measure and keep it snug but not tight.
Chest/Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust, keeping the tape level across your back.Waist
Measure around your natural waistline—usually the narrowest part of your torso, above the belly button.Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes.Inseam
Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle (or where you like your joggers/leggings to end).

Fit tip:
