Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vellmara Wellness. We work hard to ship your order quickly and keep you informed every step of the way.
Some items ship directly from our manufacturing partners and may require additional processing time. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT are processed the next business day.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
• Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (selected automatically).
• Free standard shipping on US orders over $75 (edit as needed).
International Shipping
• Transit time varies by destination: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
• Recipients are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
• Certain products may be restricted in some countries; restricted items may be canceled and refunded.
Order Tracking
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
• Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After fulfillment, changes may not be possible.
• Undeliverable or refused packages may be returned. We can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund item(s) minus original shipping.
• High-value orders (e.g., $250+) may require signature on delivery.
Split Shipments
We may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
• Pre-order items ship on or before the estimated date on the product page.
• Mixed carts may ship in-stock items first.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
• If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors/building management and wait 24 hours.
• Report a lost package within 7 business days (US) or 14 business days (international) of the estimated delivery date.
• For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where the return is due to our error. For returns, see our 30-Day Return Policy.
Product Restrictions
• Some items (e.g., batteries, aerosols, or future supplements) may have shipping or regional restrictions.
• We may not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain bulky or restricted items.
Holidays & Peak Periods
Processing and carrier transit times may be longer during holidays and peak seasons.
SHIPPING & CARRIER DELAYS
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping provider.
Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed or not reflect real-time movement. This does not indicate that an order has not shipped.
Vellmara Wellness is not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, or transit disruptions, but we will always assist customers in tracking and resolution.
