There was a time in my life when I was stuck in a cycle of bad choices, drug use, and feeling completely lost.
I didn’t have structure. I didn’t have confidence. I didn’t have a future I was proud of.
What I did have was one tiny lifeline: the gym.
At first, fitness was just a way to burn off the chaos in my head. But showing up day after day started to change me.
I learned discipline. I built strength I didn’t know I had. And slowly, the version of me that was drowning in addiction and despair was replaced by someone who believed in second chances.
Fast forward 20 years—today I’m a husband, a father, and the founder of Vellmara.
Why I Started Vellmara
Vellmara exists because fitness gave me my life back, and I want to pass that forward.
I wanted to build more than just another online store. I wanted a place where:
